Fastracktenders was conceived as a result of the founders identification of the fact that the business he worked for was incurring totally unnecessary costs, using up valuable time and valuable staff resources on an activity that repeated itself on a daily basis.  Presentation was made to the business of a concept designed by the founder that would :-

a)  Eliminate the Photo copy and dispatch process associated with tender actions to the supply chain

b) Provide a facility that the supply chain could use and benefit from in the processing of their bids to the business

c) Recover time lost in processing manual tenders by it's Surveyors, Estimators and Admin support staff.

The objectives were met and surpassed with additional benefits to the original contractor which now feature as prime benefits of the entire service that we offer such as:

Elimination of over 95% of the cost of sales associated with the tender action process

Time recovery of valuable Surveyors, Estimators and Admin staff for other duties other than breaking up tender documents, copying and posting the documents

Provision of valuable consideration time to the Supply chain as a direct result of the availability of the entire tender document upto 5 days earlier in the overall tender action process.

A substantial reduction in the "carbon footprints" of all companies and practices that now use this method of communication.

The Contractor to whom this business service was presented and taken up by originally, has not copied or posted any tender enquiry to its supply chain since taking up the service over 3 years ago, making the service a profound financial and operational success for the contractor.
